Title: Love Survives (Love’s Suicide #2)
Author: Jennifer Foor
Release Date: March 7, 2015
Synopsis:
Imagine being in love with the same girl since you were ten years old, only to have her fall for your twin instead. This story is rocky.
It will rip you apart and possibly put you back together again.
I know this because it’s my story.
The pain and anguish experienced in this is what it was like to hold onto hope that some day we’d find each other again. I won’t sugar coat the details of what I went through to have her, nor will I apologize for any actions that led me right back into her life.
Sometimes love isn’t enough.
Sometimes it takes a little fate.

My Review:
I didn’t think I could love this series more.
Being in Brooks Valentine’s head made me love more. Made me cry more. Made me feel more.
He may have wanted to be numb but my goodness I felt everything.
I can be sceptical at times of the same book but from the opposite protagonist’s PoV. But I knew that Jennifer Foor wouldn’t do that to us.
For starters, they were apart for years! We know what Katy did. We knew where Brooks was. But how was he? What was he doing? How was he coping?
The most emotional times of the book stemmed from reading his experiences in the Armed Forces – particularly in Afghanistan.
To read the remaining parts from his side, from discovering Katy to finding out all of the secrets that came to light in Love’s Suicide were a pure treat. Yes, they were soul shatteringly painful but he has such a sensitive personality that his words came across as very deep.
Adored the story just as much this time around. So, thank you Jenn. Thank you for sharing Brooks with us even more! Another gem of a series from you! ❤
